Changing payment method / credit card
On-site Payments
If you paid on our site, you can change your payment information by doing the following:- login here
- click the "Update CC info" link in the right column
- enter your credit card information & click the "update info" link at the bottom of the page
Payment via Paypal
If you paid on Paypal, details to update your subscription are below.
Inside your Paypal account the following is the advice they give for how to update your payment method without canceling your subscription.
Please change the funding source for this Subscription by clicking this link and following the steps below: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_subscr-find&alias=pay@seobook.com
- Click the link above to go to log in and go to your SubscriptionDetails.
- Under 'Subscription Funding Source' choose a different funding sourcefrom one of the drop-downs. If there are no other funding sources available, add a new credit card.
- Click on the 'Profile' subtab
- Choose the 'Credit Cards' link from the Financial Information column
- Click 'Add'
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add a new credit card to your PayPal account. After adding a new credit card, follow steps 1 and 2 above to change your subscription funding source.
Disclaimer: Unfortunately Paypal cancels many subscriptions when you try changing credit cards, especially if you didn't follow the above steps before changing it. If your account is locked out and you are having trouble rejoining, please file a ticket with your username, and we will refund the unused portion from your old subscription and clear any account issues so you can rejoin again using your new credit card or other payment source.
